The 2023 AAMVA event season will begin with an exciting kick-off at the AAMVA Workshop & Law Institute. This year’s event will be held in San Antonio, Texas on March 8–9, at the Hilton Palacio del Rio.
The focus will be squarely on the agenda and the attending sponsors. We have several different sponsorship levels available this year: Marquis, Social, Event, and Contributing.
The recent AAMVA Region 3 Annual Conference had an all-time high number of attendees. This past September, AAMVA had more than 1,000 registered attendees for the 2022 Annual International Conference in Baltimore. We expect the 2023 AAMVA Workshop & Law Institute to be widely attended by jurisdictions and industry alike. And with a fantastic location like San Antonio, it is a great place to kick start your year of AAMVA networking.
Sponsoring provides an opportunity to brand and support your image as a market leader within the motor vehicle and law enforcement community and to develop onsite relationships with day-to-day managers in member jurisdictions. Recognition traditionally includes signage, web exposure, print recognition, and complimentary registrations.

Marquis Level: $10,000

This level ensures primary brand exposure as the Marquis Sponsor will address the full conference at either the Opening or Closing Session. The sponsor will have up to 4 minutes to welcome the registrants on behalf of their company. Also includes 2 comp registrations and 2 seats at the committee dinner the night before the conference.
Social Level: $7,000
SOLD OUT This level will be the sponsor of both breakfast and lunch for the day and have branded napkins or mints at each place setting. Also includes 2 comp registrations, 2 seats at the committee dinner the night before the conference, podium mentions prior to meal, and appropriate signage.
Contributing Level: $2,000
This level will receive 1 comp registration and a listing in our mobile app.
Session Sponsor: $1,000
At this level, the sponsor will be listed as the sponsor of the designated session in the mobile app and will be mentioned from the podium prior to the session.
