Earlier this week, Ian Grossman, AAMVA's President & CEO, and Jeff Oberdank, AAMVA's CDL Program Director, attended the National Association of Publicly Funded Truck Driving Schools (NAPFTDS) National Conference in Reno, Nevada. Ian presented on several topics regarding AAMVA’s support for jurisdictions to move to new programs, like the modernized commercial driver license (CDL) testing system and mobile driver licenses. The NAPFTDS group was also excited to learn about AAMVA’s working groups, as well as guidance and best practice documents.
