Q: How does the process work?
A: Orders are batched and processed once per week. You will receive an email when the order is processed and when the order is shipped. If at any time you have a question about your order or where it is in the process, you can send an email to orders@merchology.com and include your order number.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Depending on your location, orders take about 2 weeks to produce and ship domestically. You can also select expedited shipping at checkout. International orders take an additional 5-7 days.
