The Leadership Academy provides professional development opportunities for future leaders in the AAMVA community. This week-long program will include modules on defining leadership, team building, collaboration, coaching, public speaking, and more. It is an intense training opportunity focused on the unique characteristics of leading and managing a motor vehicle or law enforcement agency. The application deadline for 2026 has passed. The application for the 2027 will be available in October 2026.
