The AAMVA Leadership Academy provides professional development opportunities for future leaders in the AAMVA community. This week-long program includes modules on defining leadership, team building, collaboration, coaching, public speaking, and more. It is an intense training opportunity focused on the unique characteristics of leading and managing a motor vehicle or law enforcement agency. The application deadline for the 2025 Academy has passed. The application for 2026 will be available on this page in October 2025.
