Roger Grove is the Executive Director of Motor Vehicles and Registries Administration and Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles for the Province of Alberta. He administers the driver licensing and vehicle registration programs delivering over eight million motor vehicle services annually to Albertans and Alberta organizations. In his Deputy Registrar role he is also responsible for the protection of, and access to, all motor vehicle information and data. He also has the stewardship of a network of over 200 privatized registry agents that provide services to the public on the government’s behalf, for a variety of different government programs and services.
