The Commonwealth of Virginia's mobile driver license (mDL) has officially begun participation in the AAMVA Digital Trust Service (DTS). Three U.S. states—Utah, Maryland, and Virginia—are now fully participating in the DTS, with more jurisdictions expected to follow.
