AAMVA offers to members automated vehicle (AV) technical assistance to enhance understanding of automated vehicle technology and to help members develop a strategy to address AV testing and deployment. This support consists of conference calls, webinars, formal trainings, and on-site visits. The technical assistance is facilitated by AAMVA and conducted by jurisdictional subject matter experts and AAMVA staff. The costs to provide this technical assistance is funded by AAMVA.
