Angela Harness is the Michigan DMV's Chief Administrator which encompasses Branch Operations, Office of Customer Records, Internal Business Services, and the Call Center. She has over 30 years of for-profit and nonprofit leadership experience. She serves as the Co-Chair for the Michigan Department of State, Race and Equity Task Force. Her personal motto is “leaders create leaders!”
