Graham Miner is the Director of PEI`s Highway Safety Division and the Legislative Coordinator for the Department of Transportation, Infrastructure and Energy. Graham has been with the Highway Safety Division for 28 years, starting his career as an officer in the Compliance and Enforcement section of the Division and then later years as Deputy Registrar of Motor Vehicles, the Supervisor of Compliance, Audit and Enforcement Programs and Registrar of Motor Vehicles. Graham has been directly involved with Canada`s National Computer System for Drivers and Vehicles, the Inter-Provincial Record Exchange (IRE) and the development and design of PEI`s Enforcement Computer system for Enforcement Agencies. Additionally, Graham is a member of PEI`s Chief`s of Police Association and the Criminal Intelligence Service PEI (CISPEI).
