Renée Delisle is a civil engineer, and after working for the private and the municipal sector, she started working for the Québec government in 1994. She served at the Ministère des Transport du Québec, the equivalent of a DOT for 15 years as an engineer and then as a manager. After that, she worked for two different ministries before joining the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), the equivalent of a DMV, in January 2017. Her current position consists of managing the standards for driver training and testing, the agreements with any partners SAAQ has and finally, all the policies and standards regarding vehicle licensing and driver’s licenses.
