Denise Hanchulak is the Program Director for Certification and Standards and has been with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) since 2001. Denise serves as the Secretariat to the AAMVA International Driver Examiner Certification (IDEC) Board, where she helps administer and manage examiner training materials for basic driver licensing, commercial driver incensing, and motorcycle examiners. Since coming to AAMVA, Denise has served on a variety of working groups and committees, including the Foreign Reciprocity Resource Working Group, Fraudulent Document Recognition Advisory Group, Guidelines for Motorcycle Operator Licensing Group, and the Three Wheel Vehicle Committee Working Group. She has also participated on the SMSA Associate Member working group, the FHWA Motorcycle Advisory Council and NHTSA’s Motorcycle Safety Networking Group.
