Pamela Dsa is Vice President of Vehicle Programs and Services at AAMVA. She joined AAMVA in 2005, and was a Senior Director of Driver Systems, responsible for critical programs like CDLIS, State-to-State (S2S) Verification Service, PDPS, CSTIMS, and Digital Image Access and Exchange. In this capacity, she managed the S2S Governance Committee since 2015, and federal partners (FMCSA, NDR, DHS/TSA) since 2007. She has organized large program events for member information sharing and engagement, including committees and subcommittees.
