Philip Hadwin is the Program Manager for the Commercial Skills Test Information Management System (CSTIMS) application. He manages the day-to-day operations of CSTIMS and ensures that the product roadmap aligns with the needs of the CSTIMS Subcommittee. Philip has been with AAMVA since 2018 predominantly working on the CSTIMS application.
