The CIECA held its 56th Congress in Dubai this week. Denise Hanchulak, Program Director, Standards and Certification, AAMVA and Cynthia Delp, IDEC Board Chair from Iowa’s Department of Transportation represented AAMVA at the event. They were joined by CIECA members from around the world to discuss traffic safety and mobility education, biotic telescopic systems, risk factors in motorcycle riding, and preparing drivers for smart mobility and road safety.
