On October 16, AAMVA's Law Enforcement Program Manager, Tom Foster, attended the British Columbia Police Chief’s Association conference in Vancouver, BC. Tom presented on the history of AAMVA and recent initiatives of the Law Enforcement Committee. Tom also provided detailed information on Mobile Driver’s License (mDL) and the recently updated License Plate Reader Best Practice.
