AAMVA has recently initiated a search for a new role of Vice President, Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) Operations and Customer Experience. This position will establish and guide the strategy and operations of the MVA Operations and Customer Experience division and serve on AAMVA’s executive leadership team. Candidates should possess executive level experience directing customer delivery operations within a motor vehicle agency. The successful candidate will engage with membership and other external stakeholders to understand needs and concerns related to MVA customer experiences.
