Julie Knittle, AAMVA's Director of Member Support for Regions 3 & 4, recently visited the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC). Attendees from ICBC included John Kilpatrick, Ben Bowcott, Steve Roberts, and Chris Dicdiquin. AAMVA staff provided updates on programs and resources available to members, benefits of collaboration with various stakeholders, as well as further opportunities for AAMVA engagement. Following the updates, the group had more detailed discussions on driver licensing, investigations, vehicles registration and titling, operations and customer service, policy and identity management.
