Patrice Aasmo, AAMVA’s Director of Member Services for Regions 1 and 2, spent time with the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) and the Georgia Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) last week. Discussions covered a wide array of topics, including organizational realignments, mobile driver licenses, kiosks, e-services, education and training, mail handling, office safety and security with DDS; recruitment and retention, license plates, e-titling groundwork, title fraud, NMVTIS, system modernization and contact centers with MVD.
