Wyoming’s DHR, DACH, and NRII Implementation

10/22/2025

AAMVA congratulates Wyoming on successfully implementing State-to-State (S2S) Driver History Record (DHR), the Commercial Driver License Information System (CDLIS) solution for DACH, and the Medical Examiner Certification Integration Final Rule (NRII) solution on October 20, 2025. All migration activities have been completed on schedule, and CDLIS/S2S services are now fully operational. Wyoming will henceforth be able to use S2S DHR to perform their Driver History maintenance related functions. This supports the goal of limiting any person to only one driver’s license and one driver history. With the implementation of the CDLIS DACH solution, Wyoming is now able to obtain the current prohibition status for a driver from the Clearinghouse and will also receive notification each time any of their driver's has a change in prohibition status at the Clearinghouse. With the NRII implementation, Wyoming will begin receiving medical certification information electronically from the National Registry and can now inquire with the National Registry for driver’s medical certification information.
