The Finance, Investment, and Audit Committee reports to the Board of Directors and provides financial oversight by monitoring:
- Budget development and oversight
- Investment management
- Internal controls and risk mitigation
- Financial statement integrity
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Auditing
- Procurement policies
Committee members are chosen for their financial expertise and represent AAMVA's four regions. The role of the committee is to serve in an oversight capacity and to provide financial direction to the Board of Directors and reflects AAMVA's commitment to our strategic priority of fiscal integrity to ensure sustainable, transparent, and compliant financial strategies.
