Rates and Reservations
AAMVA’s group rate is $260 plus taxes (currently 17.00%). AAMVA’s rate is available three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the conference based on availability. Please make your hotel reservations online.
The hotel reservation cut-off date is Monday, April 13, 2026.
AAMVA is unable to secure additional rooms after the cut-off date, or if the room block sells out prior to the cut-off date.
Travel Assistance
The Region 2 Board of Directors has authorized travel assistance in the amount of $2,500 for each Region 2 jurisdiction or the amount of one attendee fully funded. The assistance can be used to cover travel, registration, and/or hotel. All arrangements for hotel and travel should be made and paid for by the jurisdiction attendee(s). Expense reimbursement forms will be e-mailed to Administrators for distribution prior to the conference. After the conference, jurisdictions requesting reimbursement for expenses should coordinate internally and bundle and submit expense reports at one time for either $2,500 or one person fully funded. Getting to Austin
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is approximately 27 minutes from the Hyatt Regency Austin.
Transportation to Hotel
The hotel does not offer a complimentary airport shuttle. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available from the airport to the hotel and are approximately range from $25-$30.
Parking
The Hyatt Regency Austin offers self-parking for $24/day.
