This meeting is a yearly forum funded by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to facilitate dialogue between jurisdictions and FMCSA personnel in meeting the requirements of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986 and the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999. Meeting attendees are limited to jurisdictional commercial driver licensing personnel, jurisdiction information technology personnel, state commercial vehicle enforcement personnel, and FMCSA staff and division administrators.
