Paul Steier, AAMVA’s Director of Vehicle Programs, attended the 2024 American Financial Services Association (AFSA) Vehicle Finance Conference & Expo held January 29 – February 1 in Las Vegas, NV. Besides attending conference sessions and networking with AFSA members, Paul conducted presentations for the State Government Affairs and Independent Auto Finance Executives Committees. During these presentations, he discussed research and projects with motor vehicle agencies transitioning away from paper vehicle titling and moving to electronic titling and electronic vehicle record management.
