Last week, AAMVA’s Vehicle Program Manager, Marcy Coleman, sat on a panel at the International Bridge, Tunnel, and Turnpike Association’s (IBTTA's) Finance Summit and Road Usage Charging Summit in Baltimore, MD. Marcy joined other leaders to discuss how infrastructure will be funded in the near future and specifically how motor vehicle agencies may be engaged in the process.
