Julie Knittle, AAMVA Director, Member Support for Regions 3 & 4, visited Administrator and Region 4 Board Member, Lisa McClellan, and her leadership team from the Idaho Division of Motor Vehicles. AAMVA highlighted programs and resources available to the Idaho DMV and discussions covered topics such as customer service, best practices, identity documents, CDL, system modernization and priorities for the upcoming year. The day concluded after a tour of the Idaho operations and group lunch.
