Ian Grossman, AAMVA's President and CEO, Patrice Aasmo, AAMVA's Director of Member Services for Regions 1 and 2, and Tom Foster, AAMVA's Law Enforcement Program Manager, spent time with the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Division of Motor Vehicles and the North Carolina State Highway Patrol the week before last. Discussions spanned a variety of topics, including functional transitions, process and IT modernization, fraud, updating administrative code, education and training, e-titling, NMVTIS and online transactions to name a few.
