Rates and Reservations

AAMVA Region 3 group rate at the Delta Hotels Fargo is $144 plus tax (currently 10.5%). The rate is available three days prior to and three days after the conference based on availability. Make your hotel reservation for the Delta Hotels Fargo online.

The hotel reservation deadline is Sunday, October 6, 2024.

AAMVA is unable to secure additional rooms at the group rate beyond the reservation cut-off date, or if the room block sells out before the cut-off date.

Conference registration is required to reserve a room in one of AAMVA's room blocks. Any hotel reservation made using the AAMVA rate without a corresponding conference registration will be canceled.

Getting to Fargo

Airport

Hector International Airport (FAR) is approximately 8 miles from the Delta Hotels Fargo.

Transportation to Hotel

The Delta Hotels Fargo provides a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle runs from the airport to the hotel as long as flights are arriving at the airport. Attendees may also call 701.277.9000 and press option #4 upon arrival at the airport to schedule a shuttle pickup.

Ridehare pickups such as Uber and Lyft are available from the airport and will cost between $15 to $20.

Local taxi service is also available from the airport to the hotel and is appromately $20.
