* Guests do not include persons in the same organization. To register a guest, please contact Events and include the name of the conference and the first and last name of the guest you wish to register. We will add your guest to your conference registration and email you an invoice that can be paid online.
Conference Refund and Cancellation
All refunds minus a $100 processing fee will be given if the cancellation is made in writing no later than October 14, 2025. There will be no refunds given for cancellations made after October 14, 2025. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the conference.
Sponsors and exhibitors that receive complimentary registrations as part of their package should decide in advance who will receive the complimentary registration(s). Should a registered paid attendee from a sponsoring or exhibiting company request a cancellation and refund in order to use a complimentary registration, a $50 processing fee will be incurred. Notice of cancellation must be made by contacting Events.
