Each year, AAMVA holds the Annual International Conference (AIC) in the jurisdiction of the chair of the International Board of Directors. Chief administrators and key personnel from motor vehicle and law enforcement agencies convene to discuss major issues affecting the community and to formulate potential solutions. 

AIC events include a chair's welcome reception, often held in conjunction with a charity fundraising event, general sessions featuring keynote speakers, concurrent sessions covering an array of topics, a breakfast honoring past chairs, and an awards luncheon to recognize international award winners. The AIC culminates in the hallmark banquet where the new board of directors and chair are sworn in. A robust exhibit hall provides an opportunity to meet with exhibitors and learn about services and products that can improve your business.
