AAMVA's pop-up classrooms provide an immersive experience into a single topic. Attendees benefit from experienced presenters and learn practical information and knowledge that they can take back to their organizations and apply.
The most recent classroom held was the Contact Center Pop-Up Classroom. This educational and informative opportunity was designed for agencies and their business partners to consider how to achieve a modern customer experience and covered trends, models, technology, and roadmap building.
The prior classroom AAMVA held was the mDL Pop-Up Classroom, which provided attendees the opportunity to dive deep into the topic of mobile driver licenses to apply to lessons learned to their own programs or to implement a program.
