* Guests do not include persons in the same organization. To register a guest, please contact Events and include the name of the conference, and the first name and last name of the guest you wish to register. We will add your guest to your conference registration and email you an invoice that can be paid online.  

We have a 1-day registration rate available to jurisdiction members. Please contact Events and indicate if you will attend on Wednesday, March 12 or Thursday, March 13.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given if the cancellation is made in writing no later than February 26, 2025. There will be no refunds given for cancellations made after February 26, 2025. Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend the conference. 

Sponsors and exhibitors that receive complimentary registrations as part of their package should decide in advance who will receive the complimentary registration(s). Should a registered, paid attendee from a sponsoring or exhibiting company request a cancellation and refund in order to use a complimentary registration, a $50 processing fee will be incurred.  

Notice of cancellation must be made via email to AAMVA Events.
 

Opt-Out of Receiving Communications

When you register for an AAMVA conference, your contact information is shared with our exhibitors and sponsors. A limited number of sponsoring and exhibiting companies send communications to registered attendees. If you would like to opt-out of receiving communications, please contact AAMVA Events and indicate the conference you are attending with a message that you would like to opt-out of receiving communications.
