AAMVA’s group rate is $239 per night plus tax (currently 17.4%). The rate is available three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the conference based on availability. Please make your hotel reservation online or call the hotel at 800.553.7253 and reference ‘MVA’.
The hotel reservation cut-off date for the AAMVA group rate is Friday, October 23, 2026.
AAMVA is unable to secure additional rooms after the reservation cut-off (October 23, 2026) or if rooms sell out prior to the cut-off date.

O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is approximately 14 miles from The Drake.
Midway International Airport (MDW) is approximately 17 miles from The Drake.
Transportation to Hotel
The Drake does not provide complimentary shuttle service from the airports to the hotel.
