AAMVA’s group rate is $399 plus taxes (currently 12%) per room per night at Hilton Anchorage. AAMVA’s rate is available three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the conference based on availability.

The hotel reservation cut-off date is Friday, June 20 for Hilton Anchorage.

The hotel reservation cut-off date is Monday, June 30 for The Voyager Inn. 

For reservations, call 907.276.6000 and mention ‘2025 Region 4 Conference’ group. Please make sure to tell the reservation specialist that you would like your room at The Voyager Inn. This number serves The Hotel Captain Cook and The Voyager Inn.

AAMVA is unable to secure additional rooms beyond the reservation cut-off date, or if the room block sells out before the cut-off date. 

Getting to Alaska

The hotel is located approximately 6.7 miles from Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are all available from the airport. More details regarding ground transportation is available on the airport Web site. Please see discount options we have negotiated for you below:
